We are still working on this issue.  Many students have had success with the suggestions listed below.  We know clearing your cache etc. every time you want to access an article is not ideal.  We appreciate your patience while we work through this, we are trying to resolve it as soon as possible. Check back here for updates.

**********

We have had reports of intermittent SSL error messages when attempting to access articles electronically this week.
We are aware of this issue and are working on it.
Some students have found that clearing their cache and cookies, restarting their web-browser, and/or switching to a different web browser have been helpful.

  1. Thanks for your feedback D. We appreciate how frustrating this issue can be for those students who encounter it.

    We are working on it.

Please note this issue affects student computers both on and off campus.

If you choose to come to campus, the Library hours are posted at: http://mtroyal.libcal.com/calendar.php?cid=2780#!/month/2014/03

And you can also receive help in-person at the Library Information Desk (*times revised*):
    Mon-Thu 7:45 am – 8:00 pm
    Fri 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
    Sat-Sun 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

  2. Thanks for the feedback. I did not realize this would be a public forum. Could you delete my posts? Thank you.
