Service Interruptions

MyMRU planned maintenance Friday, November 8 at 4:00pm to Sunday, November 10

MyMRU will not be accessible due to maintenance from 4:00 pm Friday, November 8 until Sunday, November 10.

As a result of this work, all single sign-on applications (logging in with a MyMRU username/password) will also be down. This will affect access to accounts in LibrarySearch including item requests, ILL requests and users may see slightly fewer results.

During the outage users connecting to the main website, mtroyal.ca may experience connection loss. If connection loss occurs please refresh your browser and you will be reconnected.

Service Outage July 26th at 4pm to July 29 at 8am

From Friday, July 26th, at 4 PM to Monday, July 29th, at 8 AM the following systems will be unavailable:

  • Your account in LibrarySearch including item requests. We are operating on Summer hours and the Service Desk is closed for the weekend. If you experience any issues due to the service outage, please contact the Service Desk at 403-440-6019 on Monday.
  • InterLibrary Loan (ILL) requests via LibrarySearch. Please see the ILL webpage for further information.
