Resolved June 27
You may experience an error when trying to access Library resources off campus. We are working to resolve this issue. There are two things you can try to work around the problem:
- try a different browser
- remove the ‘s’ from the https in your URL and hit enter to reload the page
- clear your browser history to the beginning of time
Thanks for your patience.
Update @ 3:30 p.m.: Remote access to online resources has been restored.
The Library’s off-campus proxy server is currently unavailable. This means that users are currently unable to connect to databases, E-Journals, and E-Books from off campus.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our Information Technology department is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Due to maintenance access to library databases and online articles will be briefly interrupted at 3:30 today. You will be automatically logged out of the system and will be required to login again to restart your searching. Sorry for the convenience.
There will be a brief outage of the EZproxy server on Thursday, September 3 between 4:30 pm and 5 pm.
Users may encounter issues accessing electronic articles during this period and may need to log back in using their MyMRU credentials.
Thank you for your patience
There will be a series of intermittent outages to various MRU web services between 9pm and 11pm on Thursday, July 17th due to server maintenance.
During this time period, please use the direct link for MyMRU (http://www.mymru.ca).
This will also effect the library’s EZproxy server. Databases will not be available from home from 9-11pm.
