ADHD in Post-Secondary

ADHD Support Group

Counsellors will attest to how helpful it is for students to be with others who understand ADHD first hand. Not only does it feel good when someone understands your struggles, the  best ideas come from those with lived experience. When there is sufficient interest from students, counsellors at Student Counselling Services will work with you to arrange group meetings that can offer information about ADHD, facilitate discussion on various related topics, and create a space for mutual support.

Please contact Mirjam Knapik at mknapik@mtroyal.ca to discuss what is already on offer and what we can schedule.

Access and Inclusion Services also offers students who are registered with them an opportunity to meet with peers as part of an ADHD peer support group.
