Have I been bullied? Yes

name called, gossiped about, ridiculed,

left out…

Have I bullied others? I think so.

And I apologise and change my behaviours, because I know how much it hurts (I am constantly aware of my actions)

You can change your ways, your mind, your attitude.

Look deep inside and change those bully-ing behaviours, OUR future, and YOUR future self will thank you for it. Bullying>>>
