Ask a Counsellor

Welcome to MRU’s Ask a Counsellor Blog

MRU students are invited to anonymously submit questions related to personal, educational, or career concerns. Each week, an MRU counsellor will select a question, give a response, and post the entry. Previous posts can be viewed using the themed folders in the side bar to the right.

This blog is for information only and hopefully also initiates conversations among students that lead to healing, building resilience, and wellness.

If you or others are in immediate danger or are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
