The inaugural Bissett Networking Day, a huge success!

The first ever Bissett Networking Day: Conference and Career Expo held on January 28, 2016, was extremely well received by students, faculty and industry.  The networking opportunities, the informative breakout sessions and the inspiring keynote speaker and alumni panel contributed to the success of the event. Suzanne West, the keynote speaker,  was energetic and inspiring to all who had the opportunity to hear her address.

Spanning the first floor of the Roderick Mah Centre, the conference seen almost 1000 registrants; 800 students and 200 Industry and faculty members. The Career fair was over-subscribed with 21 companies participating and several more on a waiting list.

On behalf of the Bissett School of Business, we would like to thank the many staff, students and faculty who volunteered their time to help organize and contribute to the success of our first ever Bissett Networking Day. Without them and our Industry sponsors, the event would not have been the success it was.
