Registration Help

Step 1: To begin select the “Online Ticket Sales” option on the left-hand side of the screen.

Tickets must be purchased online using Visa or Mastercard. Once you have created your account, you will be able to puchase tickets for more events, review past purchases, and manage your account details at any time

Please note: when navigating the online ticket site, do not use your browser’s BACK, FORWARD, OR REFRESH buttons. These buttons will not work while logged in and you may need to log in again. Your browser’s back button will not work while logged in. Navigation buttons are provided on the top of each page of the online ticket site..

Step 2: Create a user account using the “New Patron” option

If you are a returning user or have previously purchased tickets using Mount Royal University’s online system.

If you wish to browse the ticket site without entering a username, please select the “browse anonymously” option. Please note that a valid login name and password will be required to purchase tickets.

Step 3: Enter personal information and select “Create Account.”

Step 4: Once successfully logged in, select the “tickets” option from the toolbar.

Step 5: Scroll down to find tickets for the Under Western Skies conference

Please note that purchase options are available for both the entire conference or one day attendance.

Step 6: Once you have selected your desired event option, select “Buy Tickets To This Event.”

Step 7: Confirm event details and select the “Buy” button to initiate ticket purchase.

Step 8: Select number of tickets desired

Please note: If purchasing a 4 day conference pass or purchasing day passes for more than two or more days, do not select more than 1 ticket

Step 9: Once ticket availability is confirmed, select “Add Tickets to Shopping Cart.”

Step 10: Select “Go to Checkout and Make Payment.”

Step 11: Select credit card type and enter billing information to finalize the sale
