ADHD in Post-Secondary

ADHD Books and Podcasts

The knowledge about ADHD has changed significantly over time. There is an increased understanding that ADHD can continue into adulthood (with some changes), better information and strategies for managing ADHD in post-secondary (see two in the list below), and a greater sense that a proper diagnosis can lead to effective management over the life span. Popular books and podcasts on the subject are now plentiful. Here is a list of podcasts and books. The books start with the most recent releases. Although some books are dated and not helpful for understanding the latest research (which the 2021 book will provide), there are many sound strategies in older books.
