There will be a brief service outage for our library catalogue at approximately 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25th while we make small configuration change. We anticipate that the service will be down for only a minute or two. If you are using the catalogue and experience a disruption, please wait five minutes and try again.

Sharestream Maintenance Outage
The Sharestream video platform will be unavailable Friday, August 21 from 8 am to 9 am as the system undergoes maintenance.

Service Outage – Sunday, Aug 16 from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.
The MRU Information Technology Services team is upgrading our firewall systems on Sunday August 16th from approximately 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. All University systems will be offline for the period of the upgrade. This means that there will be no access to any of the library websites or resources during the outage.
All systems will resume after 6 a.m. Thank you for your patience during this scheduled upgrade.

There will be a brief 10 minute service disruption for the Traditional Library Catalogue and Library Account Services between noon and 1 p.m. today while we restart our servers.

Traditional Library Catalogue Service Outage – August 5th to 6th
We are upgrading our integrated library system and access to the library’s traditional catalogue system will be unavailable from approximately 9 a.m. on Wednesday August 5th until noon on August 6th. Users will still be able to use the discovery search box on the library’s home page to search for library holdings and connect to electronic resources, however the following services will not be available during the upgrade:
- Use of the traditional library catalogue
- Real-time availability for library items: the “Check Availability” link will not work
- Placing holds or recalls
- Checking your library account
- Using your library account to renew items
